Kokopelli Winery & Bistro presents Days of Wine & Roses

During this weekend of love, we will be offering complimentary sparkling wine tasting Friday through Sunday with any meal or wine purchase. Live music will be played Friday and Saturday evenings and a special menu prepared by our Executive Chef Erik West. We will also present the most popular menu items from our regular menu.

Diners will be able to sample specials from the Valentine's Winemaker's Dinner ala carte style or you can order the same Winemaker's Dinner that we'll serve on Tuesday night. We will also offer special selections from our regular menu during the weekend.

On Valentine's Day, February 14th, beginning at 5pm we will offer a Valentine's Day Winemaker's Dinner. Romantic Music will be played during dinner Monday from 6:30PM to 9:30PM as well as a great winemaker's dinner and wine to enjoy during the evening.

Each carefully prepared course is paired with a wine to compliment the food offering. Should you choose, the couple may exchange their tastings for two glasses each of your favorite Kokopelli Wine or a bottle of wine.

Apertif:

1. Herb & Arugala with seared Pear, roquefort dressing and spiced pear vinaigrette
   (Chardonnay Private Reserve)
2. Prosciutto and Melon over asparagus with raspberries and parmesean

Appetizer:

Southwest Shrimp Cocktail - Avacado, bacon, chianti bbq and crispy onion slivers
(Chianti or Chianti Reserve)

Entree Selections (Choice of one):

1. Cabernet braised short ribs with remoulade slaw
   (Cabernet Sauvignon Proprieter's Reserve)
2. Mustard rubbed Porchetta with Maple butter, spicy potato cake and baby carrots
   (Pinot Noir Limited Release)
3. Seared Sea Scallops with bruleed citrus and green chili risotto
   (Arizona Stronghold Tazi)
4. Pan roasted heirline chicken breast with crispy fingerlings and rosemary cream
   (Pinot Grigio)

Dessert Selections (Choice of one):

1. Grenache Dream Cake (Chocolate Divine)
2. Strawberry and citrus cream napoleon (Rhinewine)
